Global Beauty Retailer Leases Over 316,000 Feet In Baltimore, Maryland Suburb

Transaction tops 2004 lease record in State

Cushman & Wakefield recently represented Sephora USA, Inc., in the negotiation of a 316,524 square foot lease for distribution center space at 4622 Mercedes Drive in Belcamp, Maryland. Cushman & Wakefield's Jean Wirsching, SIOR and Marty Flaherty of Sephora negotiated the transaction.

A division of Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton (LMVH), the world's leading luxury products group, Sephora is recognized as the world's leading expert in beauty and operates 110 stores in the United States, and Canada. Sephora spent time looking at various locations throughout the United States before deciding on the Belcamp, Maryland facility. The decision to remain in Baltimore was based on the opportunity to expand and sign a long-term lease, as well as the excellent labor pool found in Harford County.
