Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Phoenix Logistics' Relocation To Tempe Facility

Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has negotiated the relocation of Phoenix Logistics to Eaton Freeway Business Park, 2507 W. Geneva Ave.

The electronics manufacturing firm specializes in high frequency equipment. Phoenix Logistics has leased 19,450 square feet of space within a free-standing manufacturing building. The company currently is located at 2202 E. Magnolia in Phoenix and plans to relocate this week.

Harlan, Steve Sayre and Lindsay Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield serve as exclusive leasing agents for the building, which is owned by Ashton Capital of Renton, Wash. Ken McQueen of Trammell Crow represented Phoenix Logistics in the lease negotiations.
