Catalyst Capital has acquired the "Der Clou" shopping centre in Berlin
Reineckendorf. The shopping centre has a total available lease space of 22,000 m², of
which around 19,500 m² is retail space and around 2,200 m² is dedicated to offices.
The remaining space is used for storage. The centre has been leased to tenants including
Dresdner Bank, Spiele Max, Reno and Saturn. An agreement was reached not to disclose the
purchase price.
The vendor, Commerz Grundbesitz-Investmentgesellschaft (CGI), employed the advisory services
of Cushman & Wakefield, Capital Markets Group, Investment sector, Frankfurt.
