Jaguar Land Rover appoints C&W as its global real estate partner

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been appointed by Jaguar Land Rover as its global real estate partner for the next three years.

The account is managed by C&W’s Client Solutions team and services provided include strategic consulting, transaction management, office and industrial agency, planning, valuation, rent review/lease renewals and building consultancy.

Sarah-Jane Loughran, who heads Jaguar Land Rover’s Real Estate team commented: “Of key importance to us, was sourcing a consultant that would act as a partner to the real estate team. C&W's proactive demonstration of this combined with its global coverage, existing knowledge of both our portfolio and the motor industry has resulted in its successful re-appointment."
