Cushman & Wakefield global real estate consultants have contributed to the lease
transaction of the Bulgarian based Prista Oil Holding EAD for 2,495 sq m warehouse and 250 sq m
office space in Rozália Park, Biatorbágy.
Prista Oil, dealing with engine and industrial oils, has moved into the premise at the end
of March 2010. This scheme will be the CEE regional distribution centre for the company,
serving Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.

The 60,000 sq m Rozália Park is located 15 km west from the center of Budapest at the
junction of the M0 and the M1 motorway offering an excellent road connection to Budapest and
the neighbouring countries. The site is highly visible from both directions of M1 motorway and
easily accessible both by car and by truck.
