Cushman & Wakefield brings new tenant to Rozália Park

Cushman & Wakefield global real estate consultants have contributed to the lease transaction of the Bulgarian based Prista Oil Holding EAD for 2,495 sq m warehouse and 250 sq m office space in Rozália Park, Biatorbágy.
Prista Oil, dealing with engine and industrial oils, has moved into the premise at the end of March 2010. This scheme will be the CEE regional distribution centre for the company, serving Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.

The site is highly visible from both directions of M1 motorway and easily accessible both by car and by truck.
