Ondřej Fukal (42) of Cushman & Wakefield joined
the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His membership is the
result of many years of professional experience as an executive in the industry and having
passed the Assessment of Professional Competence. Ondřej Fukal passed the
examination in mid-July and his membership was approved afterwards.
Ondřej Fukal joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 and leads the Property Management
team in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. For the five previous years, he worked as the
Facility Management Director at CENTRA (2001 – 2006). Prior to that, he worked in the
management of OKIN, a provider of comprehensive property management services (2000 –
2001).
Ondřej Fukal graduated from the Czech Technical University. In his spare time, he plays
basketball and goes cycling, as well as pursuing other sports.
Following Zuzana Šivicová and Jaroslav Kaizr, he is the third Cushman
& Wakefield employee to become an RICS member this year.
RICS is an international institution focused on real estate with more than 91,000 members
working in 146 countries. Its main purpose is to regulate and promote the real estate
profession and to maintain professional and educational standards, protect clients and
customers via strict ethical rules, and ensure objective consultancy, analyses, and
surveillance. Today, RICS has more than 150 members in the Czech Republic.
