    6 Dec, 2011, Frankfurt

The largest office space lease agreement to be entered into so far this year has just been signed in Moscow: Mail.Ru has entered into an agreement with Hals-Development to lease 29,932 square meters in the Hals SkyLight business centre on Leningradsky Prospekt in Moscow. Cushman & Wakefield advised the transaction.

The Mail.Ru Group operates some of biggest websites to come out of Russia, including Mail.Ru, Vkontakte.ru and Forticom. The company's relocation to the new premises in February 2013 will mark the consolidation of its office space within Moscow and also accommodate the company's plans for expansion.
HALS-Development is a Russian real estate developer which has successfully completed 40 projects since its foundation with a total area of over 400,000 square metres.
