Cushman & Wakefield today announced that John F. O'Neill III has been promoted to lead the
company's Atlanta operations. Mr. O'Neill joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 and has co-led
a team of brokerage professionals consistently finishing among the top producers in the Atlanta
market. In his new role, he will oversee the firm's business objectives, day-to-day activities,
and continued growth of services in the Atlanta area.

A current Executive Committee member of Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Representation
Practice Group, Mr. O'Neill has extensive expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management
and transaction structuring for both acquisitions and dispositions, and his clients include
some of the world's largest corporations and financial institutions.
In addition to his role with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. O'Neill is also a co-founder of
the CFO Roundtable, which has grown to a national thought leadership program for CFOs across
the U.S. Mr. O'Neill is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Million
Dollar Club and recipient of its Phoenix Award and the prestigious President's Award. He is
also an active member of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors,
the Atlanta Rotary Club, and numerous civic and charitable organizations. Mr. O'Neill also
serves as Vice President on the Executive Committee for the Ireland Chamber of Commerce and is
a graduate of Leadership Atlanta.
He earned his Psychology degree from the College of Charleston and his Masters in Business
Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
