Asset Services instructed by TIAA - CREF

C&W/H&B's Asset Management team have been instructed by TIAA - CREF, advised by Invesco, to manage their 360,000 sq m real estate portfolio in the Paris region. The portfolio includes: Triangle de l'Arche, a 38,000 sq m office property in La Défense; Villabé, a 200,000 sq m logistics scheme south of Paris and Bruyères-sur-Oise, a 120,000 sq m logistics scheme north of Paris. The rents managed by C&W/H&B for the portfolio total €34 million.

C&W/H&B's Paris Asset Management team, headed by Dominique Masselin, consists of twenty professionals who currently manage 850 000 sq m of commercial property, 500+ tenants and 110 million euros of funds.

C&W/H&B's management portfolio is as follows : 40% retail instructions, 32% office instructions and 28% industrial property.
