New Commercial Strategy For UBS Office Buildings In Lisbon

Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B), which operates the European division of the global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield, part of Rockefeller Group, has recently announced the new marketing and commercial terms for Q60 (D. Maria) and Q61 ( D. Amélia) buildings at Quinta da Fonte, one of Greater Lisbon's most successful office parks.
Owned by UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms, rent terms are currently negotiated with potential tenants from 10€/m²/month for top quality space for lease terms agreed up to the end of the current year.
