Retail Center Sold To Dallas Investment Company

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) announces the sale of Parkside Center, a
26,418-square foot retail property located at 13881-13901 Midway Road in Farmers Branch, Texas.
Brandon Beeson, Barney McAuley, Tom Salanty and Will Walters of C&W's Capital Markets Group
represented a special servicer in the sale of the property to Greenway Investment Company of
Dallas.
Parkside Center is a two-building facility situated on the corner of Midway Road and Parkside Center Boulevard. Current major retail tenants include UPS, Sports Clips and Schlotzkys.
Greenway Investment Company has holdings throughout Texas in a variety of property types including retail, office, industrial and multifamily investments. The firm also specializes in unimproved land and development opportunities.
