New office for OBI Russia

Leading DIY chain OBI has leased about 5 500 sq.m. of office space of Lincor Business Center
for it's office in Russia . The company will occupy several floors. Cushman & Wakefield
represented the tenant and S. A. Ricci represented the landlord. OBI Russia plans to move into
new office in the first half of 2012.

Lincor Business Center situated in the West of Moscow. It was delivered in February 2011 by
developer Brycetown. The total area of the center is 63 000 sqm. with GLA 31 000 sqm. Lincor
consists of 2 buildings and underground parking for 455 lots. Such companies as O'STIN (8 000
sq.m.), Rittal (1500 sq.m), Sodexo (1400 sq.m.) are among the business center largest tenants.
