Vitaminas opens a store in Chiado

Cushman & Wakefield announced the placement of a new location for the Vitaminas restaurant chain at Rua Garrett 58, in Chiado.

The new Vitaminas restaurant, which recently opened for the first time in high street retail has 100 m2 and presents a new positioning of the brand. In this business, C&W acted on behalf of the tenant, being the manager of the funds of Millennium BCP - F&C, the owners of the store.

Located in a historical building, the Vitaminas on Rua Garrett has the signature of the architect Tiago Silva Dias, who created a clean, modern space but keeping the original architecture. The actual logo for the brand was reinterpreted to go along with the features of this historic area.

This new location presents a new premium concept, offering specific products that customers of the brand can only find in this store.

For João Marques, director of Marketing of Vitaminas, “Rua Garrett is the ideal location for the Vitaminas brand to invest in a new concept, with a more premium position. With this space, we intend to offer our customers the usual menus, but also to surprise them with new products and a space that breathes history and the environment that characterizes an area like Chiado”.

According to Sandra Belo from Cushman & Wakefield’s retail department, “extending the offer of what is available to restaurant activity is a turning point in the Chiado area, which is usually characterized by trendy clothing, shoe and accessory shops. This new location for Vitaminas is consistent with the cosmopolitan public that circulates in this area of Lisbon, either through its exclusive concept, or through the new products offered only in this store belonging to the group".
