Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has promoted two
members of staff to associate in its Warsaw office.
Szymon Łukasik becomes associate. Szymon joined Cushman & Wakefield’s retail department
in 2007. Clients include international retail chains TK Maxx (branded clothing) and Foot Locker
(sports footwear). Szymon has been involved in the companies’ Polish market entry process as
well as its further expansion in the country. Szymon has also handled the commercialisation of
Galeria Sanowa in Przemysl, Galeria Kasztanowa in Pila and Galeria Ostrovia in Ostrow
Wielkopolski. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
Krzysztof Misiak becomes associate. He joined Cushman & Wakefield’ office department in
2007. He is responsible for business development outside Warsaw, offering tenant
representations services and cooperation with developers. Clients include Infosys, Nokia
Siemens Networks, Tate & Lyle, BRE Bank, Brown Brothers Harriman, SouthWestern BPS,
Lufthansa Systems, Deloitte, Unilever and Prudential. Krzysztof has successfully executed
transactions totalling around 80.000 sq.m including: Nokia Siemens Networks’s lease of a total
of 19,650 sq.m in office buildings in Wrocław, Katowice and Poznan and Infosys’s lease of
17,900 sq.m office space in Lodz.
