Top Plastics Poland has leased almost 2,800 sq.m of warehouse and production space with
an office and social unit in SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy. A leading global real estate services
firm Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord in the transaction.
SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy covers an area of 13 ha. The planned target area is 56,000 sq.m
of business space with minimum modules of 1,600 sq.m. The park is located in proximity to the
national road no. 86, just 22 km from Katowice. The first two phases of the project, totalling
34,500 sq.m, designated for light industrial production, warehouse and office space, have been
completed. The owner of the park is SEGRO – Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of
industrial properties.
Top Plastics Poland operates in the automotive industry. Its core business is developing and
producing components and air vents for car interiors. The consumers of the company’s products
include Fiat Auto Poland and Denso.
Top Plastics Poland is planning to relocate its headquarters from Bielsko-Biała at the end
of August 2012.
