Cushman & Wakefield appoints new head of valuations in Portugal

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), announced today the appointment of Ricardo Reis as head of its Portugal Valuations team.

Ricardo Reis holds a degree in architecture from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, and a masters in Real Estate Management and Valuations from the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG). With vast experience in consultancy and valuations, C&W’s new head of Valuations is also a qualified member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ricardo Reis headed DTZ Portugal’s consultancy and valuation teams and was prior to that also head of valuations at CPU Consultores.

Ricardo Reis starts his career at C&W as an Associate and will be leading a 4-strong team comprising Elisabete Costa (Associate), Hugo Carlota, David Lopes and Helen Lambert.
