Cushman & Wakefield expands hotel valuation team in the UK

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, has appointed Ben Russell as an associate in its hotel valuation team. He joins from HVS Global Hospitality Services.

Ben will provide hotel valuations to lending international institutions, owners and developers. Cushman & Wakefield?s hospitality valuation team operates in four continents, with offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, U.S., Canada, Australia and Singapore. Within EMEA, the firm valued £774 million of hospitality and leisure property in 2010.
