  • C&W EXCLUSIVE AGENT FOR WIKANA BUSINESS PARK

    Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed an exclusive agent for the commercialization of a logistic and office centre Wikana Business Park, which is being developed on Grygowa street in Lublin. The scheme is located within Special Economic Zone Mielec, subzone Lublin. The investor is Wikana Invest.

    An office building comprised in the complex will consist of two interlinked four-storey parts. The first phase is to deliver 7,500 sq m of leasable space. The total leasable office space will be 14,000 sq m, with the smallest units measuring 400 sq m. The scheme has an underground car park that will accommodate 165 vehicles with surface parking spaces for 81 cars. The completion of office part is scheduled for Q1 2013.

    The leasable warehouse space is 14,100 sq m. The scheme will feature 24 loading docks and 12 entry gates, a maneuvering area with a car parking as well as social and administrative area. The building will be designed as a high-rise storage warehouse with five vertical pallet racking systems. Clear height is 10.80 m (total height 13.85 m). Warehouse space is due for delivery from March 2013.

    Wikana Business Park is being built in accordance with sustainable construction standards. Design solutions with regard to structure, façade and internal installations have been based on passive energy efficient technologies. The installation of solar systems, photovoltaic cells, external blinds and low emissivity glass will help prevent unnecessary heat losses and gains.
