Etihad Airways, the airline from the United Arab Emirates, is opening its new European

In December of last year, Etihad increased its stake in Air Berlin to 29% and is now the largest single shareholder of the Berlin-based carrier.
The public square of Potsdamer Platz, which opened around 14 years ago, consists of 19 buildings, ten streets and two squares. In addition to offices and flats, two hotels, a cinema, three theatres, a casino, two night clubs, two health centres, a shopping centre with over 130 specialist shops and some 30 restaurants bars and cafés are accommodated over 550,000 sqm of gross floor space.
The square is owned by the open property fund SEB ImmoInvest and it is managed by SEB Asset Management, which was advised on the lease by the ECE subsidiary PPMG, Potsdamer Platz Management GmbH.
