C&W named International Property Agent of the Year at the RLI Awards 2007

Cushman & Wakefield has for the second year running, won the award for “International Property Agent of the Year”at the RLI (Retail & Leisure International) Awards, held at London’s Natural History Museum on 7th June. Retail & Leisure International is a leading publication dedicated to the retail and leisure market, incorporating global news, specialist features and profiles on all aspects of the industry.
Andrew Pickett, Partner, Leisure Group at Cushman & Wakefield, who was at the gala dinner to accept the award said; “Winning this award acknowledges Cushman & Wakefield’s global leadership position in providing comprehensive and integrated retail and leisure property services to top international clients worldwide.”
Highlights of the year included signing the first deals in Europe for Banana Republic, Whole Foods Market, Abercrombie & Fitch, Swarovski and Nokia and our market leading position in the UK’s deregulated casino market.
