C&W Named European Retail Property Adviser 2006

C&W was named European Retail Property Adviser 2006 at the inaugural EG Retail & Future Project Awards MAPIC 2006 in Cannes, yesterday evening.
We were selected for the award for making a meaningful and successful contribution to retail development and growth across the continent. In particular, C&W was recognised for having embraced the pan European market and for providing its clients with creative advice that has led to real progress in the market and created financial success.
The EG Retail & Future Project Awards MAPIC 2006 is in its first year and recognises excellence across the entire European retail sector including, specific regeneration schemes as well as developers, architects, investors and advisers.
John Strachan, Head of Global Retail at Cushman & Wakefield who was present at the gala dinner at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes to receive the award said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the strength and expertise of our truly pan-European retail group.”
