Burger King appoints C&W/H&B as sole UK real estate adviser

BURGER KING ® , one of the world's leading quick service restaurant brands, today announced
the appointment of Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker as its sole retained real estate
agent in the UK. C&W/H&B's mandate is to provide consultancy and professional services
to support future growth of the BURGER KING ® UK portfolio.
Gary John, Vice President Worldwide Development, Burger King Corporation said: "The
appointment of C&W/H&B in the UK is in line with our global strategy to strengthen our
own development resources in a number of markets around the world by establishing alliances
with key international partners."
Burger King Corporation has also recently appointed C&W/H&B as its agents in Israel and
Hungary.
John Strachan, who will lead the C&W/H&B team on the UK account said, "This is a
