Inoffice a new tenant in Lumen in Warsaw

Inoffice has leased 820 sq.m in Lumen office building in Warsaw, a part of Złote Tarasy complex. Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate consultancy firm, has acted as an agent in the transaction.

Inoffice specialises in leasing serviced office space (fully equipped with reception and administrative services). The Tarasy Business Centre in Lumen will be the company’s fourth location in the capital (planned opening in May). Inoffice offers similar space for lease also on Domaniewska and Grzybowska streets as well as at Teatralny Square in Warsaw. The company provides virtual offices, private offices, workstations and conference rooms by the hour.

Lumen is an eight-storey office building of a crescent shape. It is located on Złota street in the centre of Warsaw. The facility offers 23,500 sq.m and is now 98 percent leased out. ING Real Estate Development is the developer of the scheme.
