Cushman & Wakefield to lease retail units in the new Mythos building

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) today announced that it has been appointed to lease the retail units in the new Mythos building in Parque das Nações.

The building, promoted by IMOCOM Group, is about to be built in the heart of Parque das Nações next to Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre. With a contemporary architectural design which is new to Portugal, Mythos building will boast state-of-the-art energy management, water supply and waste management systems designed for energy savings, recycling and re-utilisation.

The ground floor of the building will have shops and/or restaurants and the upper 7 storeys will be used for offices. The retail units comprises a total of 1,000 m2, and the building will also have 207 public and private parking spaces.

According to Sandra Belo from Cushman & Wakefield’s retail department in Portugal, “we believe that the Mythos building will set the standard for contemporary architecture in Portugal and the retailers who set up shop in these retail units will benefit from the building’s high visibility and excellent accessibility.”
