New Hires at Cushman & Wakefield

Two new professionals recently joined Cushman & Wakefield's Office Agency and Asset & Property Management departments.

Since March, Raphaël Van Strydonck (33) is active within the Office Agency team led by Antoine Brusselmans. He will advise landlords in their search for office tenants, both nationally and internationally. After receiving Bachelors in Computer Science and Real Estate, Raphaël had previously worked for Jones Lang Lasalle and Hugo Ceusters.

As from 1 May, Benoît Rotsart (40) will join the Asset & Property Management team led by Patrick Chantraine. This will be a new career move for Benoît, who, as a Facilities & Project Manager, has been responsible for ten years of the Belgian, Luxembourg, Paris and Greece offices of Trasys (former daughter-company of the Tractebel-Suez Group).
