Cushman & Wakefield Takes Top Ranking In CoStar Thames Valley Agency League Table

Cushman & Wakefield has been ranked the most active office agency team by acquisitions in the Thames Valley region according to recently released figures from an independent survey. This is the third year that the firm has achieved this position.

According to CoStar’s Thames Valley Office Agency League Table for the period 1 September 2009 – 31 August 2010, Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Office Agency team acquired a total of 241,759 sq ft, more than double that of the agent in second place (113,951 sq ft).

Charles Dady, Head of UK Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield, said, “We are delighted to have come top in the CoStar league table again this year and by our biggest margin to date. We were the first international firm to open an office in the Thames Valley and remain committed to providing the best possible service to occupier and landlord clients throughout the region.”
