Mélinda Langler, Head of Logistics at Cushman
& Wakefield France
In line with development strategy, Cushman & Wakefield France are reinforcing their
teams and have appointed Mélinda Langler Head of Logistics, within the Industrial
Department.
Mélinda will now be in charge of developing the logistics activities of Cushman &
Wakefield in France, in conjunction with local and international teams. She will be the link
between the Industrial and Investment Departments as the Logistics service will provide an
additional response to the real estate requirements of logistics players.
Mélinda is 35 years old and has a Masters in Economic and Social Administration and a
postgraduate diploma in Property and Construction Law from the University of Paris II
(Panthéon-Assas). Mélinda started her career in 1998 as an analyst in the Research Department
of Bourdais, which then became CB Richard Ellis. In 2002, she became a senior analyst and
specialised in logistics and retail property. Mélinda then joined Cushman & Wakefield in
May 2007 as a consultant within the Industrial team of the Investment Department.
