Whole Foods Market has signed a pre-let with Romulus Construction Limited at 2-6 Fulham
Broadway, London. The 25-year lease covers 22,000 sq ft, comprising the ground, basement and
first floors, on the site of the former Thai restaurant Blue Elephant which is to be
redeveloped. The
store opening is scheduled for late 2012/early 2013.
The high-quality, natural organic retailer has recently announced other stores in Richmond
and Glasgow. It currently has a flagship store in Kensington, as well as four other Whole Foods
Markets.

delighted to be bringing Whole Foods Markets to Fulham”.
Romulus Construction Limited, which is advised by Cushman & Wakefield, owns several
buildings in Fulham including The Fulham Centre.
