Tom Listowski joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Warsaw industrial team from CBRE

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tom Listowski, as Partner, Head of Industrial in Poland & CEE Corporate Relations. Starting his professional career in Sydney, Australia working for companies such as Connell Wagner and Property Surveyors Ltd, Tom later joined Fulcrum Corporate in London and in 2006 joined CBRE in Poland where he led the industrial department since 2008 as Head of Industrial and Logistics for Poland and later for Central and Eastern Europe. Tom is a graduate of the University of Technology in Sydney where he completed Property Economics degree, accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Richard Petersen, Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in Poland, said: “Tom will be responsible for building up our industrial and warehouse business which also includes increasing the scope of industrial advisory services across the Polish market. In his corporate role, he will link up with C&W industrial teams across the CE region and EMEA.”
