Hals-Development and Mail.Ru Group has signed a long term lease agreement in SkyLight
business center in Moscow (39, Leningradskiy prospekt). Mail.Ru Group will occupy one of the
two towers, the leased area is 29 932 sq.m. This is the largest office lease transaction in
Moscow in 2011. Cushman & Wakefield advised the deal.
SkyLight class A business center has unique architecture features. It consists of two
27-storey towers that are connected by stylobate and sky bridge. Each tower is a mirror
reflection of each other but functionally independent. The total area of SkyLight business
center is 111 000 sq.m. with towers height of 109,2 m. SkyLight is situated in the well-known
business district at the first line of Leningradskiy prospekt, providing great transport
accessibility. Each tower is provided with large and convenient underground parking zones.
By renting office space in SkyLight, Mail.Ru Group will consolidate its office premises
taking into account its future expansion. The company plans to start fitting out works in the
nearest future with the new office functioning from February 2013.
