New investment consultant at Cushman & Wakefield in Hamburg

Frank Goedecke joined the Hamburg investment brokerage team of Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Consultant at the beginning of February. His main consulting activities are focussed on looking after investors operating in the local region and throughout Germany, as well as in preparing due diligence documentation.
In fulfilling these duties, Frank Goedecke is able to draw on experience garnered from both a buyer and seller's perspective: For example, in his last position, his responsibilities included the sale of a diversified portfolio of a European investor and project developer; and previously, he was able to amass transaction experience with a Hamburg issuing house.
Frank Goedecke studied law and is a businessman in the real estate and housing industry. Furthermore, he completed a course in Real Estate Investment & Finance at the European Business School (EBS).
