Blanka Lichtensteinová, Daniela Nováková, Pavel Skřivánek, and Petr Brabec are the
latest additions to the expanding Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B)
team in Prague.
These new additions follow Daniel Kubizňák, Vít Svoboda, Ivana Roudná, Martin
Kotrbáček, Jaroslava Pražáková, Adriána Čisovská and Frantisek Gregor, who
joined the firm in the period from March to July 2005.
The C&W/H&B Czech team has grown by 20 per cent from 53 to 64 people since the
beginning of this year.

Hallett, Managing Partner at C&W/H&B Prague. "Our recruitment policy offers fresh

real estate industry," adds Hallett.
Blanka Lichtensteinová re-inforces the retail agency team. She will be responsible for
leasing the Shopping centre Letňany - 3rd Phase and Metropole Zličín shopping
centres. Lichtensteinovácomes to the firm from M.I.P.A., where she worked in the retail leasing
team for two-and-a-half years. Blanka speaks English and German, and some Russian. She likes to
spend her leisure time salsa dancing.
Ivana Roudná and Vít Svoboda also joined the team a short while ago. Lichtensteinová
replaces Marta Kotrbáčkova who goes on maternity leave in the beginning of
August.
Pavel Skřivánek is a new addition to the office team. He will focus on office leasing.
Skřivánek has graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He is currently
completing a post-graduate course at the Agricultural University, majoring in marketing. His
hobbies include skiing, biking, and swimming.
Daniela Nováková is joining the management team as marketing co-ordinator. She becomes a
member of the on-site team which is managing TESCO shopping centres. Her previous experience
includes marketing expertise with LG Electronics CZ and MarexTrade. Daniela speaks English; her
hobbies include skiing and tennis.
Petr Brabec's experience will also enrich the management team as he becomes its nineteenth
member. Brabec comes to C&W/H&B after three years of practical experience at the ABL
security agency. He will be responsible for the management of properties throughout the Czech
Republic. Brabec speaks English and likes diving and photography.
The new reinforcements also include Daniel Kubizňák, whose arrival has enlarged the
industrial agency team to eight members; Martin Kotrbáček, who has become the fifth staff
member in the investment section; Jaroslava Pražáková, who has joined the property
valuation team; Adriána Čisovská, a new accountant at C&W/H&B, and František
Gregor, a new IT specialist.

C&W/H&B regularly receives awards for its personnel policy and places great emphasis

Times", and C&W/H&B has been included for the second consecutive year. Scores in
the ranking are calculated based on a survey (using questionnaires) amongst randomly selected

In the UK, C&W / H&B has repeatedly won the "Investor in People" awards over
previous years.
