Gold's Gym Signs $9M Lease in Amerige Heights Town Center

The Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team announces that Fullerton Corporate Fitness, Inc., dba Gold's Gym, has signed a 15-year, $9,341,935 lease for 32,588 square feet of retail space in Amerige Heights Town Center at 1973 West Malvern Ave., Fullerton, Calif. (92833).

Gold's Gym, the Venice Beach, Calif. - headquartered global fitness club, will join Amerige Heights Town Center, a 384,216-square-foot retail center, in January 2011. The gym, which has 600 locations in over 30 countries and 40 states, will offer cardio and strength training, group exercise, and personal training for the Fullerton community.

The lessor, Granite Amerige, LP, was represented by Rob Ippolito, Nick Alford and Kam Walton of the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team. The lessee was represented by Ken Shishido of Lee & Associates.

The Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors are the leasing team for Amerige Heights Town Center. Tenants include Barnes & Noble, Ross Dress For Less, Old Navy, Target (NAP), Albertsons (NAP), Olympic Golf, Subway, T-Mobile, Bath & Body Works, Panda Express, Koba Tofu Grill, Wells Fargo and United Dental.
