Consistent Top-Producer Named Executive Director in Dallas Branch
Randy Cooper, one of the top-producing office brokers in the nation and a 23-year veteran in
the commercial real estate industry, has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.
Mr. Cooper leaves his position as Senior Vice President in the Dallas office of brokerage firm
CBRE to become Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest
privately held commercial real estate services firm.

Mr. Cooper will be responsible for local and global tenant representation in the
firm’s office transaction services group. He has extensive experience servicing
corporate users with multiple locations, having completed more than 9 million square feet of
assignments since 1983. In 2006 alone, he closed more than $250 million worth of
transactions, consisting of 1.37 million square feet.

Mr. Cooper was previously a Senior Managing Director at Insignia/ESG, Inc., prior to the
merger with CB Richard Ellis. He was also a Senior Vice President with Equis Corporation,
and has been consistently recognized as the top-producing broker within each of the respective
offices.
Along with his duties in transaction services, Mr. Cooper will also serve on Cushman &
Wakefield’s Broker Advisory Board. He is currently a member of the North Texas
Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council, the Board of Realtors, and
holds the SIOR designation. He is a graduate of The University of Texas.
