Meet Scotland's Retail A-Team

MEET SCOTLAND’S RETAIL A-TEAM
Property agents Cushman & Wakefield have picked up the Retail agency team of the year title at the Scottish Property Awards organised by leading trade paper Property Week.
The team, which is headed by Stuart Moncur, who was also nominated for Newcomer of the Year, impressed judges with its performance in a dazzling year in which it handled high profile lettings such as Apple’s first Scottish flagship store in Buchanan Street, Glasgow and the letting of 33 Princes Street, Edinburgh to Mexx for their first store in Scotland.
Other successes include winning the instructions to handle the two most significant city centre redevelopments in Scotland, St James Shopping Centre, Edinburgh and the St Enoch Centre, Glasgow. The only firm of agents to be involved in both developments, the team is currently advising on 14 shopping centres in total in Scotland.
Total income generated by the team increased by 100% in 2006, with over 50% of income coming from existing clients.

The current Cushman & Wakefield Retail Team in Scotland is Stuart Moncur, Fiona MacFadyen, Ross Wilkie, Isla Monteith and Steph Dorward.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Team was also one of the finalists in the Scottish Property Awards but narrowly missed out on the Investment team of the year award.
