  • Trainor Glass Purchases West Valley Industrial Building For $3.5 Million

    Trainor Glass Co. of Chicago has paid $3,550,000 for an industrial building at 4931 W. Brill St.

    The 35,328-square-foot building is situated on 4.26 acres of land.  The facility was previously occupied by AZCentral newspapers and is now vacant.  Trainor Glass’ Phoenix office is currently located at 5545 W. Latham.  The company will expand and relocate its operations to the new facility.

    TrainorGlass purchased the property from 13,000 Weber Way Partnership of Redondo Beach, CA. 

    Rob Stephens and Jeff Stapley of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. negotiated the sale transaction.
