George Condon, President of Sponsor Properties acting as Development Manager, is pleased to
announce that E&P Properties Inc. plans to break ground this month on their 107,424 SF
multi-tenant warehouse building in Napa County. The construction contract has been awarded to
Panattoni Construction Company, which is based in Sacramento, Ca.
This state-of-the-art, single-story warehouse building will be located in the Napa Valley
Gateway Business Park, at the corners of Airpark Road & Airport Boulevard, near Highways 12
and 29, and Interstate 80. It will offer 29-foot ceiling clearance height, dock-high and
grade-level loading, and a 1600 Amp, 277/480 Volt, 3-Phase power supply. The building will also
include an ESFR fire suppression system, extensive glass-line, multi-tenant capability and
ample parking.
According to Glen Dowling and Matt Bracco of Cushman & Wakefield, the building's
exclusive listing agent, spaces from 11,798 square feet up to 107,424 square feet will be
available for lease in Spring 2012.
