MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 8, 2012) - Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq recently announced the promotion
of two of its real estate management leaders from vice president to senior vice
president.
Chuck Palm, previously in charge of the company's Engineering and Sustainable Initiatives

the Association of Facility Engineers, is a Certified Plant Engineer and is a LEED accredited
Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Diane Kern, previously in charge of lease administration, will add leadership of the Project
Management group, which provides clients with needs assessment, design and construction
oversight. Kern, also promoted to senior vice president, is a 30-year veteran of the commercial
real estate industry, having previously served in financial reporting and project management
roles.
"Chuck's and Diane's promotions are an examples of how we have realigned our operations to
best serve our clients since our company's joint venture was announced last October," said
Lisa Dongoske, executive vice president-Occupier and Investor Services for C&W/NorthMarq.
"I know both Chuck and Diane to be supportive, progressive and energetic leaders, and I
