US Risk Insurance Group Moving HQ Location

U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc, a specialty lines underwriting manager and wholesale broker headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has leased approximately 41,800 square feet of office space in One Lincoln Park, located at 8401 North Central Expressway in Dallas. Bill McClung, Mike Wyatt, Robbie Baty and Grant Pruitt from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented U.S. Risk in the site selection and lease negotiations. Chris Axley and Elliot Prieur of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Lincoln Park Partnership.

U.S. Risk will relocate approximately 130 employees from its current Dallas headquarters location at 10210 North Central Expressway during the third quarter of this year. The new long term lease includes the full 10th and partial 9th floors, and offers U.S. Risk top-of-building signage at One Lincoln Park.
