Eaton Freeway Industrial Park, a four-building commercial project, has sold for
$7,825,000.
The park’s buildings are located at 2502 W. Huntington Dr., 2507 W. Geneva Dr., and
3020-3030 S. Park Dr. The project was purchased by Gilbane Development Company of
Providence, RI. It was sold by G REIT, Inc. of Santa Ana, CA.
Eaton Freeway Industrial Park contains 62,163 square feet of industrial space and was
constructed in the mid-1980s. It is currently 100 percent occupied by a variety of
tenants. The property is situated just five minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport
and offers appealing freeway access.
