Major PR Firm Stays on Third Ave. with 21,672-SF Renewal

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that RF|Binder Partners Inc., an operating division of the Ruder Finn Group, one of the world's leading independent public relations agencies, has renewed its New York headquarters office lease for 21,672 square feet at 950 Third Ave.

RF|Binder signed a long-term lease at 950 Third Ave., where it occupies the entire sixth and seventh floors in the 32-story building.

RF|Binder was advised in its headquarters site search and lease negotiation by Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals Alex Chudnoff and Haley Klein. The landlord, Kipp-Stawski Management Group, was represented by Derrick Ades and Edward Goldman of CB Richard Ellis.

"We evaluated multiple opportunities in various submarkets throughout Manhattan, but the company determined that their business was best suited in their current location in Midtown based on quality, location and proximity to many of the firm's clients," said Mr. Chudnoff, a Cushman & Wakefield executive director.

According to Ms. Klein, a Cushman & Wakefield director, "RF|Binder's space at 950 Third offers the combination of a highly desirable creative environment in a corporate building, with good economics."

Founded in 2001, RF|Binder Partners has seven offices in North and South America. In addition to New York, the firm has offices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Orlando and Washington, D.C., as well as Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Designed by the renowned architectural firm Kahn and Jacobs and completed in 1971, 950 Third Ave. is located at the southwest corner of 57th Street.
