Walters Management Co. Signs $1.75M Lease Renewal in Chesapeake Park Plaza

The San Diego Office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that Walters Management Company, a
professional property and community association management company, has signed a $1,752,250
lease renewal for 13,409 square feet of office space in Chesapeake Park Plaza at 9665
Chesapeake Dr., Suites 300 and 355, San Diego (92123). Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The lessee was represented by Jay Arnett, SIOR, Deborah Hunkeler and Kevin Farrell of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor, ARI-Chesapeake Park Plaza, LLC, was represented by Jeb Bakke, Scott Kincaid, Tyler Gossett and Laura Bonnett of CB Richard Ellis.
Walters Management has been in business since 1973 and manages a portfolio consisting of community associations ranging in size from 84 units to over 4,000 homes, totaling over 45,000 units in Southern California. These include master planned communities, condominiums, homeowners associations, planned residential developments, industrial parks, business centers and commercial condominiums.
