managing director, Asset Services. He has been with the firm since 1971.
As senior managing director, Mr. Lagano will be responsible for the management of the New
York City and Long Island portfolios, totaling approximately 56 million square feet. He will
oversee Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services group, which delivers property and facilities
management to more than 150 properties. Mr. Lagano will focus on new business initiatives, in
addition to managing the assets of his existing clients that include such high-profile
companies as Citigroup, MetLife, Credit Suisse First Boston, Time Inc., JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer,
NYMEX, Solow Building Corporation and ZAR Realty. Prior to his promotion, he was a managing
director in Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services group.
"Joe's commitment to Cushman & Wakefield and the commercial real estate industry
has been evident for more than three decades," said John Santora, executive vice president
of Asset Services. "He has the knowledge, experience and expertise to execute his new role
and all it encompasses."
