  • John Minervini Promoted To Executive Director

    John Minervini, a commercial real estate veteran with 22 years of experience, has been promoted to Executive Director.  Mr. Minervini was previously a senior director based in the firm’s Los Angeles Downtown office.

    Having joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985, Mr. Minervini has represented the real estate interests of major corporations throughout the United States, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and Asia.  He has been a consistent recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award, placing him among the leading brokerage professionals in the country. 

    Mr. Minervini’s most notable assignments include the worldwide exclusive for transactional real estate awarded to his team in 1997 by Bausch & Lomb, the appointment as the North America account director for TEVA Pharmaceutical’s real estate interests, following the selection of Cushman & Wakefield as the firm’s Global Preferred Provider, and a Global Preferred Provider Agreement with Merck, awarded in 2000.

    He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a degree in Fermentation Science, a board member of the Dolores Mission School in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, and a board member of the Uhlmann Offices, a diversified real estate investment company.
