Executive Director Mower to Lead Dallas Capital Markets Effort
Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services
firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Stephannie Mower and her team of investment sales
brokerage professionals Barney McAuley, Brandon Beeson and Mart Martindale to the firm?s
Capital Markets Group. Ms. Mower assumes the title of Executive Director, Head of Dallas
Capital Markets and, along with her team, will be based in the Dallas branch of Cushman &
Wakefield of Texas, Inc., effective October 1.

Ms. Mower joins Cushman & Wakefield from PM Realty Group, where she was Executive Vice
President and Managing Director of the National Investment Services Group. In that role, Ms.
Mower was responsible for national transaction management and the development of strategic
partnerships to benefit clients. A 25-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Ms.
Mower has also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Woodmont Company,
overseeing the firm's ownership/management of approximately eight million square feet and the
company?s brokerage operation. She was previously Vice President with Insignia Financial Group,
Inc. where she developed the firm?s third-party services division and was a strategic member of
Insignia?s sixty-firm acquisition team.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Ms. Mower earned her undergraduate and law degrees from
Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a board member of The Fisher Center for Real
Estate and Urban Economics and has served as a board member for National Association of Real
Estate Executives and The Real Estate Council. She is also an active member of various industry
associations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute,
the Southwest Economic Development Council, Commercial Real Estate Women and several
others.
Joining Ms. Mower in the move to Cushman & Wakefield is Barney McAuley, another 20-plus
year veteran of the industry specializing in investment sales. Mr. McAuley was previously
Senior Vice President for PM Realty Group and was the Director of Asset Management for the
Archon Group. He also served as the National Director of Commercial Dispositions with Mutual of
New York. With Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. McAuley is Executive Director in the Capital
Markets Group.
Mart Martindale and Brandon Beeson round out the team moving to Cushman & Wakefield and
each is Senior Director within the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Martindale, formerly Vice
President of Investment Services at PM Realty Group, specializes in multi-family property
types. Mr. Beeson, previously Vice President of Investment Services at PM Realty Group, focuses
on retail projects.
The new team joins existing brokerage professionals in the Dallas Capital Markets Group
including Tom Salanty, Executive Director specializing in retail sales, Susan Gwin, Executive
Director with an emphasis on office sales, Kurt Griffin, Senior Director and Wilson Stafford in
industrial sales, along with Lamont Rattler and Jason Boyce, Associate Directors in
multi-family sales.
