Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the Disney Store has leased 12,281 square feet, or
the entire building located at 39 Stockton St. in Union Square.
The building, which is owned by 39 Stockton Street LLC, is located near the intersection of
Market and Ellis Streets, close to the Apple Store and other retailers including the Ferrari
Store, Barneys New York, Diesel, A/X Armani Exchange and Ben Sherman. The building was
previously occupied by Benetton.
Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals Kazuko Morgan, Courtney Griffin and Jennifer
Hatch, represented the landlord in the transaction. Disney was represented by Thomas Power of
SRS Real Estate Partners as well as RCS Real Estate Advisors.
"This is prime San Francisco real estate and a global iconic brand like Disney will be
a great addition to the retail mix on the block," said Ms. Morgan, an executive vice
president in Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Services Group.
