Serenata Town Homes Sell for $10M

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that Serenata Town Homes, located at 6410 College Grove Dr. in the College Grove area of San Diego, has sold to SD Landmark 1, LLC, for $10,150,000.

In the transaction, the seller, College Grove, LLC, was represented by Alejandro Lombrozo, John Chu and Ed Rosen of Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer represented itself.

Serenata Town Homes is a 45-unit town home community developed by Intracorp and completed in April 2009. The contemporary California-style project offers three-bedroom/two-bath floor plans with numerous upgrades including quality appliances, attached two-car garages, dual-glazed vinyl windows and sliding glass doors, concrete roofs, and a child-friendly "tot-lot."

The community was originally built for individual home sales but will now be offered for lease by the new owner.

"This community offers a suburban lifestyle within an urban setting, providing residents with close proximity to nearby services and amenities," said Lombrozo. "The location of the project and its quality construction added to its investment appeal."

Serenata is located near Highways 94 and 125, and Interstate 8, providing easy access to all points of the county.
