Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has been tapped to lease SunTrust
International Center, a Downtown Miami landmark recently acquired by Crocker Partners.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Jon Blunk will lead leasing efforts at the 31-story
office tower.
Located in the heart of Downtown Miami at 1 Southeast 3rd Ave., SunTrust International
Center totals 420,080 square feet. Major tenants in the building include Ackerman, Senterfitt
& Eidson P.A., Bank of America, Marcum, RR Donnelly & Sons and SunTrust Bank.
"SunTrust International Center maintains a highly impressive tenant roster and is one
of the most high-profile buildings in Downtown Miami," said Mr. Blunk. "With the
building's central location, on-site amenities and the addition of a new premier owner, we
expect great interest in its remaining availabilities."
Renovated in 2002, SunTrust International Center offers extensive on-site amenities,
including banking facilities and delivery services, as well as easy access to public
transportation, major highways and Miami International Airport. The building also offers the
highest parking ratio of any office building in the Downtown submarket, as well as public
parking.
Headquartered in Boca Raton, Crocker Partners has been active in the commercial real estate
business for more than 25 years. The real estate investment firm has established a reputation
as a premier owner, operator and developer of office and mixed-use projects throughout the
Eastern United States. The firm recently acquired One Financial Center in Downtown Fort
Lauderdale and appointed Cushman & Wakefield as leasing agent.
