GSA Leases Space at Redwood Tower in Baltimore

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has leased a total of 16,604 sq. ft. of office space at 217 E. Redwood Street or Redwood Tower in downtown Baltimore, Md. The leases are for 12,804 sq. ft. and 3,800 sq. ft.
Redwood Tower is a 23-story, class A office tower owned by Carlyle Development Group. The building is conveniently located near downtown hotels and restaurants, and offers in-building parking and conference facilities. The building is currently 35 percent vacant with up to 92,405 sq. ft. available for lease.
