Dwight Hotchkiss Named Senior Managing Director

Mike McKiernan, Executive Managing Director of the firm’s Industrial Services Group, is pleased to announce that Dwight Hotchkiss has been named a Senior Managing Director for the Western Region of the United States.
Mr. Hotchkiss will oversee the continued expansion of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial practice, working closely with senior brokerage professionals and branch managers to develop recruiting and business development strategies.

Mr. Hotchkiss has been with the firm for the last 18 years and is widely regarded as one of the top industrial brokerage professionals in the Los Angeles market. Known for outstanding client interface, he was awarded the National Service Excellence Award, receiving a top client approval rating in 2001. He currently sits on the Cushman & Wakefield Executive Industrial Advisory Board.
